Amy's Kokedamas, Unique Glass & More

I have always enjoyed making gifts for birthdays, holidays and special occasions. The recipients loved their gift and couldn’t believe I had made it. So, when my niece told me she was getting married in January 2017 and was looking for winter favors in mason jars , I offered to make 300 “Hot Chocolate’s to- die for and  frankly, the best hot chocolate you will ever have.  Once she and the family tasted my creation, they were excited for me to take on this project, hence ‘Incredible Edibles and Gifts’ was born.

When I retired from Athletics Administration, I moved away from edibles toward kokedamas and stained glass especially custom pet portraits and hence a name change to Amy's Kokedamas, Unique Glass and more.

From the start, my mom had been the expert ‘spoon maker,’ saying it was good exercise for her hands! She branched out to hot chocolate and caramel apples and when our product line shifted, she helped me at every show with set-up and breakdown and as banker and seller of goods. We celebrated her 90th birthday with vendor friends at a show because everyone knew and loved her.   Mom passed in January of 2024.  At every show in 2024, vendors and customers asked where she was which was very heart warming and a reminder of all the lives she touched by being herself.
